What I wore Sunday-vol. 20

Hello, readers!  I know it's been awhile since I linked up.  I have been to church during that time, I just haven't been taking pictures or blogging about what I wore.

We've had a nice weekend here, back in town again.  We were at a baptism in DE last Sunday for the son of friends we had back when we lived there.  It was nice to see everyone again and nice that some people recognized us even though we had been gone a year and a half and were only members for about 6 months.  My husband got to spend time with friends in Philly on Saturday and I went to Lancaster with my friend from my former job.  We saw a show (Broadway, Now & Forever) and got in a visit to Lapp Valley Farm where the best ice cream in the world is made :-)

Being in town this weekend we were able to try a new flavor of ice cream at our creamery (Grandma's kitchen--cookie dough and butterscotch and that sort of stuff in it) and attend a jazz festival in the afternoon with friends from church, Matt and Elena.  I also went to yoga in the morning with Elena at a free class offered at the Presbyterian church while Brice played tennis.  We were supposed to go tubing at the Delaware Water Gap, but we're hoping for better weather next weekend.

What I wore:
Dress: Banana Republic (repeat, but this is the summer version, sans leggings and close-toed pumps)
Tank: Kohls'
Sandals: Bare Traps
Cardigan: Old Navy
Black pearl necklace and earring set: a gift

Between needing to wear shoes in which I can walk to church and shoes that are easy on my sprained ankle, I'm afraid I may go the whole summer without getting to wear my "cute" summer shoes.  Oh well.
